Many of you are all set, so you have nothing to worry about. However, if your signup is still incomplete, you risk not getting a room! (Hint: That would be bad.) If you have not yet followed ALL the steps for creating a team and setting your room preferences and/or roommate, do so now by following instructions.

If you want to sign up, please feel free to do so in the next few days, but do it sooner rather than later because if issues arise, we may not be able to resolve them in time to accommodate you.

Please understand that taking these late sign ups is very difficult on us. Thus, to the extent you can, please sign up as soon as possible.
