    Post subject: Belair Spring Beerpong Classic - $$thousands in prizes!

  • We're hosting the First Semi-Annual Belair Beerpong Classic next Saturday (June 13th) at Looneys in Belair.
     
    I know the AC tournament is that weekend... but as far as I know (please correct me if im wrong) Saturday is the third day of the tournament which means only the best of the best will still be in AC...
     
    Event Details
    What: Belair Beerpong Classic
    When: Saturday June 13th 2009
    Where: Looney's Pub, Bel Air
    Rules: WSOBP rules & regulations. 10-cup, double elim
    DJ:  Belair's own DJ Russ
     
    First place - $1,000 Cash
    Cash prizes for 2nd & 3rd place as well!
     

    Qualifying tournaments are available!!!
    If you win any of these tournaments, we'll give you $100 PLUS free tickets to the Belair Beerpong Classic!!
     
        June 3rd - Looneys Pub, Bel Air - 10pm
        June 3rd - The Barn. Perry Hall - 10pm
        June 5th - The Tower, Bel Air - 10:30pm
        June 8th - Bull on the Beach, Churchville - 10:30pm
        June 10th - Looneys Pub, Bel Air - 10pm
        June 10th - The Barn, Perry Hall - 10pm
        June 12th - The Tower, Bel Air - 10:30pm

  • That and most people paid for 3 nights meaning they wont be coming home til Sunday. There will be plenty of action going on for the losers to keep playing i'm sure.

    That and most people paid for 3 nights meaning they wont be coming home til Sunday. There will be plenty of action going on for the losers to keep playing i'm sure.

    yup, people will stay the extra night they paid for. also there are consolation tournaments planned for day 3 in AC with $ prizes. not too mention all the other cash games that will be going on.
     
    also, don't forget that 96 teams make it to day 3... that's probably more than a third of the field.

  • Poor planning on this one, my friend. I would imagine most of the good teams in Maryland will already be in AC and playing on that 3rd day.

  • trust me it is i have been playing there weekly tournys for the past 4 months an i cant tell you the last time i didn't win the tourny.  I also won all the qualifyers that i have been to also........all the kids hate me
