  • the regulators cant make it but i will be there on the 3rd at lodge bar with another partner as team shocker

  • A lot of new teams at this tournament.
    Out of the 32 teams participating, only 10 are returning teams.

  • awesome. glad to hear it's a full tournament.
     
    There probably aren't so many returning teams because it's so far away.
     
    Not that I'm complaining, it's a state qualifier and these things are supposed to be scattered across MD

    Yeah, Jeff called that he would get the gold and ended up with the silver.
     
    I called that I'd be playing my best yet and ended up with my worst tournament % on record.

  • Just for the record, The Hung and The Restless was not eliminated in Bethesda, but disqualified after I puked at the table during our 4th round consolation match and I was removed from the establishment by the not-so-open-minded Tommy Joe's staff. Andrew continued to play against It's time for Birdman to Fly with one shot per turn and won.... But the W was stolen from us... we'll be back... whenever there's a tourney in the DC area in College Park or closer.
     
    Jeff - sorry about the scuffle my boy from Little Lebowski Urban Achievers caused... it was pretty fucking hilarious at the time, too bad your opponents were too horrible to capitalize on the tension. All in good fun though.

  • It's all good man. I run my mouth but I never talk about getting violent, some people just take it the wrong way. I just appreciate my life being threatened, but I'm used to it by now.
     
    As far as that restaurant is concerned, it was my least favorite venue yet to play in. Plus the beers were $3.50. Eff that.
