    Jeff "The Barn Animal" Barnes talked shit the entire tournament and it did ab-so-lutely nothing. In the end Jeff came up the BIG LOSER! He lost. He lost in the finals to the McAllister crew. They shut that big mouth up, didn't they. Looks like we know who the real winners from CC really are. He can't win a satellite with Adam or without Adam. Now he must moooooo all the way home. Jeff tried pulling an Adam and asked for a bid to the WSOBP even though he got 2nd. Nope. Not happening. Until tomorrow.................................................................................................

  • I'll add a few words for the viewing audience.
     
    We had a 1st round loss and still made it to the finals.
    I've heard that 2nd is the 1st loser, so if that's your take then yes we were the big loser. lol.
     
    Anyway he played well enough for us to make it to the finals, and we lost the finals as a team.
     
    Both had chances to win that game, and we both missed them.
     
    IDK. Maybe I didn't have the heart to take a WS bid from McAllister twice in a row.
    Glad they'll be there, and they closed out the game very strong.

    Yes, Jeff may talk shit from time to time but that's beer pong.
     
    I can say that he definitely didn't try to make a deal in the finals.
    They went into the game trying to win but just didn't.
    Jeff played well Foster played well, McAllister was just on the top of their game.
     
    I understand that there's bad blood between you two, but I wouldn't try to slander someone publicly like that.

    The damage has been done between the both of us. If Jeffrey has a problem, I hope that he voices his opinion. Sorry if you didn't like this Austin

  • That sucks you didn't get the free ride to the WSOB Jeff.  McAllister is a solid team.  You could have done worse and lost to a subpar team but McAllister is solid and is from Carroll County.
     
    But as Austin once said to me at the Thirsty Turtle Satellite I believe a year back and I'll never forget, "I always have my own satellite, I just pay $500 and I'm in."  Which I know is not as good as winning a free ride, but that's what the whole year is for leading up to the World Series...to win cash games and other tourneys to get enough cash to pay for it anyway which I believe I have done and others have done.  
     
    Maybe 10 or 20 years down the road, you'll have to actually qualify for the World Series because the interest will be too much to accomodate.  Kind of how like MD State Championships are now and how you have to qualify so you know that you're not playing some random punk off the street and the person you are playing always has the potential to beat you.  Plenty of opportunities to qualify for states...but you still have to qualify.
