    Using my expert detective skills (otherwise known as searching his handle on the search prompt) it seems that this individual is Chuck from "The Hung and the Restless."

     
    Damn straight.  Not a UMD student - live in DC and have been playing the DC/Bethesda/College Park/Last Chance tournaments since '06.
     
    And the Wooo's are not to sound like a train (but The Hung and the Restless will run the train on y'all, AND your mamas) - they're the Ric Flair "To be the man, you've got to Beat the man, WOOOO!"s
     
    Doesn't matter whether you hit the last cup 1/100 times or 95/100, if you hit it on the first shot you can still send a good team home. And we will. Your skill will be unmatched by the energy we bring, the rapid fire Woos, and the Lobster Claw psychout.

    Isn't your partner playing with Big Brown in the tournament? So technically, you and your partner for states have not qualified together?

    Of course I did my homework.
    Chuck qualified with The Hung and the Restless in Bethesda.
    Chuck and Tom played together at the Last Chance Qualifier.
    Therefore, the substitution is legal.
     
    The bracket should be up tonight!

    I was merely stating that my good friend Chuck is predicting a state championship victory for his team, although the team he is playing with in states did not technically qualify "together." The implication is that this particular version of The Hung and the Restless is an unproven product and therefore does not warrant such boasting.

    Hahah - just trying to get people fired up for states. Tom and I have played in 4 tournaments this year as the Vagitarians and have a solid 2-8 record with 2 wins in play-in games vs winless teams. However, I note that we managed to decisively beat Who's in Your Mouth for beers before the Washington DC tournament, so that automatically warrants a supposition that our true ranking should be 5th in MD vs 89th. There are teams in this thing that have more pts just out of participation than The Hung of The Restless have from one tournament which I personally discount. We have also destroyed Phil Rogoff & company in informal play outside of leagues. We've suffered a bit of last cup anxiety this season, but it could be a mistake to discredit us. All that I know is that we'll be getting after it starting around 9AM and showing up fired up as hell.
     
    I also want to see Jeff and 'Big Brown' go at it - sadly I missed it when he and Andrew took a dump all over 5 Peez Nuggets at the Last Chance.

    The only thing that Big Brown took a dump on was his brown shoes, brown shirt and brown pants at the last chance. He made literally one cup that game against us, and he made exactly ZERO cups during the game I heckled him. In addition, he also declined a 1-on-1 cash game after telling me he would play. What can Brown do for me? Absolutely nothing, apparently.
     
    The only way we will "go at it" is if he wants to play cash games afterward, but I'm assuming y'all won't stick around until the finals.

    Austin - the sooner you put up the bracket, the sooner one team knows that they're gonna have to be 11-1 to contend for the gold. WOOOOO! WOOOOO! WOOOOO! WOOOO!

    This is the largest State Championships field we've had yet at 54 teams.
