    what barns no love for whos in you mouth ..... ok and as far as our 150-0 was unjust , well we tried to play "the good teams" but when you beat them once and they run what can you do ...im not ganna chase them around a bar to prove a point unless they call me out ...and we played dnasty , fuck duke and what what in the cup the night we got our 15-0

    Deryck, I think you missed the whole point of it. Winning 15 games of beer pong in a row is hard at any level, whether it's a house party or a league night. My point is that 15-0 is not what it once was. I know that the College Park league doesn't have very many good teams to choose from and from my experiences, there is more ducking in that league than in any other I've played in. The Chugsters ducked Austin and I during the spring session. But the numbers I discussed speak for themselves. Even during my 15-0 night, we only beat two teams that had previously won a tournament.
     
    I did make a mistake, though. Wet Ballz did win the Summer League tournament and went 15-0 during that league, so they now stand as the only 15-0 team to win a league tournament.
     
    I'm glad everyone is enjoying the blog thus far. I've gotten a lot of feedback so far so there is no shortage of things to write about.

    no i understand what you were saying but its the undermining tone of u saying when u went 15-0 u beat 2 teams that have won tourneys...but either way ...im just surprised at ur top 3 up incomers ...nothing against midnight meat train but there lucky if they beat us....we riped them a new one in states ...as far as cbanks goes , jeff and brian r friends of mine but if i was writing a list of top ten teams they would be near the 8 -10 range...and miller time...there a solid team

Deryck's words cuz that is exactly what i was gonna say.........The only reason Carlton Banks is on his top 5 is bcuz they beat them (Jeff ) and (Foster) in states...... Way to disgrace all the other good teams by putting Carlton Banks top 5......In all tournaments outside of Rockville and the last tournament of the year which no one cared about ( I got 6 place with a girl and should of been higher no offense to the females), they haven't done anything lets take a gander at their results. Spring classic 1 -2, Bethesda 3-2, Rockville 1-2, Fed hill 1-2,Towson 0-2 ( My teammate and I have never gone 0 and 2) Rockville 3-2, Rockville 4-1,Rockville 4-3, Last tourny of the year for nowpoints 6-1........ What are you basing this on? teams that have beaten Jeff Barnes? because if thats the case their should be a lot more top 5 teams.....

  • I'm not gonna lie, I could've played Muhammad Ali and Hellen Keller and I still would've enjoyed my 15-0. undefeated is a great thing no matter what. Brandon and I played well when we needed to. We played some good teams, and we played some not so good teams. I think a majority of the people in Mdbeerpong can beat your average "House Party Beerpong Player" , so the competition is always there.That being said, I still dont' think anyone should take offense to what Jeff said.

    That's actually the exact criteria I use. It was such a long list, though, that Austin made me trim it down to five.

    What team won the "Unsung Hero" award? (for those of you who don't know the award goes to the best team that hasn't won a tournament) It was you guys, and you STILL have yet to win a tourney, yet Carlton Banks has won two. If you think we can't beat anyone, we beat Miller Time twice to win the Rockville Fall Tourney and Sean Squared twice to win the last tourney of '08. Barnes' ranking represented what 2009 will bring, and the last time I checked C. Banks SLAUGHTERED Who's in Your Mouth 3-0 in CP last week (not to mention we didn't beat Barnes in states). I would consider Deryck to be one of my best buds in the beerpong community, and as for Moose... who cares. Moose brought up our only 8 tourneys of 2008... and they just so happened to be our first 8 tourneys EVER! I'm quite happy w/ our results, not to mention that Jeff only played in 6. Bottom line is until you prove that you're better than us, don't talk garbage kids. We don't talk down to any team; its not our style. If you call us out, you better at least beat us.

  • Like I stated before yes u have won 2 tournaments that had no competition and that no one cared about. You won rockville that had 10 teams and you didn't play anyone till the finals when you faced Miller Time. Where Miller Time had 2 bad games because they are definitely the better team. To go along with that yes u beat us 3 times in cp but it wasn't for anything so go ahead and pat yourself on your back. And you are right it is about 09 so play in some real tournaments and lets see if you are really top 5..... And if you think you are so good come play us for money and lets see what happens..... ps we fin. 6th in the state where were u?

    yeh that is true u have won 2 but in 1 of those 2 chris and i didnt play together .....and to refresh ur memory u beat me and armondo by 1 cup.....1 cup ....and i made 8 cups that game and he made 1 ........ r u serious.... if i had a differant partner that game u wouldnt have had a chance u can even admit that . and you did beat miller time twice but at the same time we beat them twice the other day ...and the day before that we went 1-2 against them...so that doesnt really mean anything , ull talk shit about my team when i rank u top ten ...if anything i was bashing midnight ...oh and jeff when u stop relying on ur  teamates to win games maybe youll be able to see us..and yes u have beaten me 1on1 ...twice to be exact but anytime u wanna play for fun buxs im down .  wow slaughtered us is a bit of a exaggeration ...  and chris was right ...those 3 games didnt mean shit ... but we will play 3 times every week and at the end of it all if we see you in the touney we will see who the better team is...oh and we can back it up.....
