    Post subject: Water or beer in cups?

  • We are forced to use water in the cups in Va  bars thanks to Va Abc laws. I have been reading alot around the net that alot of bars around the nation.
     
    What are bars you play at use?

  • I live in MI and damn near everywhere in the midwest uses water in the cups....

    AZ and Cali use water. Waste too many cups to have beer in them during satellites and cash tournaments.

  • AZ actually uses water in the cups because of the state liquor laws as well.  So we have like, $1 beer specials with the bar for those that want to drink at their own pace during the games. There's a few that use beer that just have not got caught/fined yet.
     
    The really competitive guys generally practice at home with water in the games too...or at least the 6/4 used at the WS to train for that.
