    Post subject: Weekly Tournaments in Annapolis

  • Starting Wednesday August, 26th @ 9:00 PM, MD Beer Pong will be holding weekly cash tournaments at TK Sharky's in Annapolis. It's only $5 per person to register and cash prizes will be awarded based on the number of teams.
     
    This should be a great way to practice for Saturday's WSOBP satellite at TK Sharky's:

    Jim (aka The Closer) is going there and might need a partner. If not him I'm sure there will be a few other players needing partners.

    Yeah, none taken at all. If I were you guys I wouldn't want to roll the dice on some dude I've never seen play. I've got some game, I just need to work my way in and show it first. I'm guessing a chunk of you guys went to MD, anyone there around 2000-2001?

    but hey, I was drinking a rum&coke and hadn't eaten since breakfast.
    didn't throw a ball all day and rolled up without a partner
     
    I don't think it would have been fair if I teamed up with another top 16 player
    nobody else from the beast of the east roster was in attendance
     
    tourney filled up a 16 team bracket

    Were most of the players MDBeerPong regulars? It'd be cool if we were able to draw in some new teams.
     
    I wanted to show up since I rep Anne Arundel but I had to work that night. I can't make it this Wednesday, either, but I'm planning on going the following week.
