  • Starting this friday September 25, 2009. Great Plains Beer Pong will be hosting a 32 team double elimination tournament with a minimum $200 cash prize.*  These tournaments will be recurring weekly for the next several months.
     
    The tourney will be held at Bishop's Bar & Grill in Downtown Omaha, on the corner of 19th & Harney.
     
    You can Register now at http://Greatplainspong.com/tournaments/Bishops/
    $15 early, $20 at the door.  There has been significant interest so far, so don't delay.

    P.S. There is Zero competition in Omaha, so if you are in the surrounding area and want some easy cash, it will be well worth the trip...

  • Why dont they host a satelite there and that will bring in people im sure....trip[ to vegas always does...there has been ZERO satelites in the midwest around omaha area

  • We plan to, for now we want to work out all the logistics and make sure our events run smoothly and organized so we only build up the community and don't do anything to hurt it.  Now that we've got a couple events going things should start coming together for this area nicely.

  • You do realize the world series is jan 1-5th and satelites have to be completed by dec 1st right?

  • We certainly do, they even have a timer at the top of the page telling us there are 99 days left...  We probably won't be able to do more than one or two this year.  We would rather lay a solid foundation for years to come instead of rushing out something half-ass. We are already first movers in the area so I'd rather have a solid base and be able to really help the bpong crew throughout the center of the country next year...
