  • hey billy or duncan just wondering my buddy is trying to sign up for the series and wants to lock into the $475 price but he wont know for sure on whether or not hes going to be going until the 1st or 2nd...is the early bird price going to be discontinued right at midnight 10/1 or will it be extended throughout the day on the 1st and maybe the 2nd??

    It's all built into the code this year, so unlike previous years where I manually changed it first thing when I woke up the next morning, it will pretty much be at midnight this year.  Also, I'm not even exactly sure which timezone the change will be based on - I think it may be at midnight Eastern, however.

    The early bird discount ends at 11:59pm tomorrow (Sep 30th) night.

    So another quick question about this.. If I signed up for a $475 room and paid the deposit, do I still qualify for early bird prices when paying the balance? I ask because obviously the balance won't be paid until after the deadline....

    Yes.  Putting down the deposit reserves your spot and locks you in at the current price.
