  • Can anyone tell me why I don't have a reservation at the flamingo when I'm in the tournament? Is it all under a group name or is bpong waiting to give a master list later? I was trying to let the hotel know about being a late arrival.

  • what hotel information are u looking to get? u check in at 3 and u get your room keys, as simple as that.

  • The one possible issue here is that we have some people that we could not get into the Flamingo.  There was a reason we told everybody the sign-up deadline was December 5, and for some of the people that completed the sign-up process after 12/5, we had to find a place immediately next door.  It is my understanding that if you are next door, you may be able to move to the Flamingo for the last three nights, but the person told us that the rooms are actually nicer and you may not want to move back.  For those handful of teams that are not at the Flamingo, we should be able to email you later today/tonight.

    Not really, if there is not a reservation at the hotel you think your checking in to then that could cause some problems...
