  • How many games in total were played this year and was there less total in compairison to last?

  • WSOBP III ~ 295 teams
    295 x 12 prelim games per team = 3540
    3540 / 2 teams per game = 1770 prelim games
    Final Day:
    2 single elim rounds with 16 games per round - 32 games
    1 best 2/3 round with 16 total series - 32-48 games
    32 double elim tournament - 63 games
    Total games = 1897-1929 games
     
    WSOBP IV ~ 415 teams
    415 x 12 prelim games per team = 4980
    4980 / 2 teams per game = 2490 prelim games
    Final Day:
    2 single elim rounds with 32 games per round - 64 games
    64 team double elim tournament - 127 games
    Total games = 2681 games
