  • How far away from the event room is the sports book? Now that the Ravens made the playoffs I want to watch as much as I can in between games.

  • Good question.  My college team(East Carolina University) is playing in the Liberty Bowl on Jan. 2 during the day.  Hoping to catch atleast some of the game since I have a ticket to the game going to waste.

While the tips on the Cesaers and other sports books are valid, there is no chance of you having enough time to do anything but walk across the st, see 3 minutes of action and walk back in the 40 minutes you have between games.  Vegas isn't NYC with a 2 lane road dividing you and your prize, it's a hike to get anywhere, let alone from the Flamingo across the road, in to Cesaers and over to their book.  Your best bet is to scout a bar inside of the Flamingo that will be quick to run over to between games.  I certainly will be doing the same.

I look forward to a lucrative football weekend with San Diego and Minnesota both looking to get rocked in round 1.

Yeah that's what I am planning to do, I don't want to leave the casino. I think it would be a pretty cool atmosphere with everyone rooting for their teams and stuff in between games. Hopefully some Dolphins fans will show up so I can rub in our victory

I'm pretty sure I read on snopes.com that Dolphins fans are a myth.
