    Post subject: This year's favorite most overused phrases and funny moments

  • Phrases:
    1) "Let's go" and any variation thereof (let's go baby, let's fuckin go, etc.)
     
    2) "That's not gonna get it done!" (courtesy of the Jersey crew)
     
    Moment that had me in tears laughing; The game in prelims where Neil(We Own Your Face) literally did not make one cup and Tone, fuming mad, screams in Neil's face "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" and Neil without missing a beat just keeps bumpin to his ipod with this goofy ass grin on his face while Tone looks like he's gonna have an aneurysm...fuckin priceless
     
    Feel free to post your own funny moments...I have plenty more but just wanted to get the thread going

  • I think another favorite is "BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!" whenever anyone made a cup. I even yelled it while drunk at some old dude walking in the lobby when he threw his napkin in the trash can and he looked at me like I was mentally retarded.

  • While taking a video of my boys MACandSTERN playing viking quest i said "you got this bry/shaun" about 25 times, watching it on youtube today was just great. I also had some hilarious moments of my own (i was the one man team Last Team In), especially on day 2 when i was at the tail end of a 48 hour binge. Thank god for the Fringles team 1-11 baby! When I come back with a partner next year I'll at least double that win total lol

  • glad to see you're still alive Baker...that last night at O'sheas was definitely a shitshow if I ever saw one..it was funny playing you and that dude and him I guess tryin to pump you up with what sounded like vintage wwf commentary...lol...I don't even know how you were able to stand up when we played you and Tone...good times

  • Most overused phrases.....hmmmmm...... oooo I know!  Any of the REALLY stupid shit the New York harem was yelling during the 2nd to last game!  Come on.... yelling "poop" during a triple OT game being filmed.  Just embarrassing!!

  • I think I heard a lot of people yelled "YESSS!!!" or anything with "Do Work" or "Do Work son".  I'm sure we'll think of something else.  Actually Steph, I like what you told me at O'Shea's which I feel will be next year's catch phrase.  I won't mention it here unless you do so first because you should get credit for coming up with it, but I feel it will catch on.

  • idk how any1 left out anything that ron says in this thread. probably in part that he had no voice and no1 could understand 1 word he says. but if u know him well enuff u woulda heard..." ur not hungry like im hungry"..."im starvinggggg"..." my partner is the best in the world"..."i need 1 big miss and thats game over" even when theres 10 cups on the table. and the one we both say is " boooooom" i had a few phrases like "my partner is so fat" or "my partner looks like billy ray cyrus or butthead from the old mtv show" i hope some of that made the videos and tv lol
     
    and defo on my road to pulling out the win had his own phrase..." i love u. and i want the whole world to know... boop boop" ( from superbad of course).... so defo u wanted the whole world to know and now they do lol.
