  • I'm in. I have ties to both sides though. Guess NorCal though since that's closer.

  • Scizzle, I like the list, it had some very entertaining ideas for things to do. I hate to inform you of this but we did not drive down to So-Cal again this weekend for a beer pong tourney. We spent the 4th in San Diego where we went to school and the Blue Cafe was simply a stop to get out and stretch our legs on our way back up north. It's called a vacation, but since you couldn't come up with some money for a cash game I doubt you get to take very many of those.
As for getting taken to the woodshed for the second weekend in a row, All Day beat us in OT (Revenge for the main stage last weekend)and we ran into a buzz saw against Gary and Jaime. Gary seemed as surprised as anyone when she started off 4-4. As competitive as I am I can appreciate a fine performance and give credit when its due.Gary played ok too...Respect (Seems like not everyone has this mentality.) I will say though that we came to the tournament in hopes of leaving with free entry into the SCBP Open. After sweeping two best of three's, we left with the two codes plus an extra hundred so overall I'd say it was a damn successful trip.
As for the graphics, Mooney, that was in pretty poor taste...funny, but lacking tact. We can do better than that, dont act like one of those mindless meatheads that clog up the beatiful shores So-Cal does have to offer. Thank God that none of them really seem to make their way to the beer pong tournaments. As for arguing about traveling to where these other tournaments are, who cares where the fuck you play at. If you'd rather play in So-Cal or Nor-Cal tourneys the majority of the time who cares? Don't think it makes anyone a pussy, there's competition on both sides as well as some weaker teams with the ablities to put together some nice runs and pull of an upset every once in a while. (Wideout-Dont take it personal its just what I heard floating around the bar from people wearing SCBP shirts this last weekend.Maybe they were just trying to make us feel better though).
